IV. Substitution Provisions
In the event that the faculty member whose grade is being reviewed is also a department chair or program coordinator/director, the vice president of the instructional area shall do those things required by the chair or coordinator/director. In the event that the faculty member whose grade is being reviewed is also the vice president of the instructional area, the president can name an appropriate substitute to perform the functions of the vice president as required by this policy.
