Asian Experience - Asian Cuisine
Experience the cuisine of countries like The Philippines, Japan, Korea, and Vietnam, on a journey through Asia. The one-day Asian Culinary class will give students exposure to Asian culture and build their confidence in the kitchen. Work in a commercial kitchen with trained chef instructors as they introduce basic knife cuts and cooking techniques.
